Francesca Greco is a regulatory, legal, and financial expert with over 25 years of international experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. As Head of Legal & Regulatory at Aeternus Power, she leads the company's legal, compliance, and cross-border structuring work, establishing the contractual and regulatory foundations for its launch across Spain and Türkiye — from corporate architecture and data-protection frameworks to the partner agreements that connect customers with a vetted network of installers and energy partners.
A serial entrepreneur who has co-founded start-ups in FinTech, Biotech, and renewable energy, Francesca is also CEO of Astradux Capital AG, a regulated Swiss financial advisory firm and family office.
Her combination of regulatory depth and capital-markets experience supports Aeternus's financing strategy across multiple jurisdictions, where she helps the company navigate the multilateral and commercial structures that bring clean-energy projects to completion.
Francesca began her career in Brussels and retains a deep familiarity with EU legislative and regulatory processes. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Rome and two Master's degrees — in European Law and in Intellectual Property Law — and is fluent in Italian, English, French, and Spanish.
