Solar and batteries for business, no upfront cost
The future is radiant.
Pay less for your power from day one: a plant on your site, nothing to pay upfront, and you buy its power for less than you pay the grid.
One of our current projects: an agri-food business that pays the grid about €0.15 per kWh would pay about €0.11 for its plant’s power. Buy the plant instead and, on large projects for sites that use a lot of power, the electricity bill can fall by up to 70%. Send us one bill and we do the rest: the numbers, a vetted builder and the money to build it. We are only paid when your project goes ahead.
- Solar · Storage · Hydro
- Pay only for the power
- Nothing upfront
From one warehouse to a portfolio of power plants.
The process is the same at every size. What changes is how the deal is set up, and who puts the money in.
Commercial rooftops
Any size up to 5 MWp, sized to what your site uses so most of the power is used where it is made. You can buy or lease at any size; buying only the power, with nothing upfront, starts at 50 kWp.
Ground-mounted & industrial
Any size, from a small array beside your buildings to 50 MWp. Land, grid connection and, where needed, a buyer for the power, arranged together.
Large plants & portfolios
50 MWp and above. Financing raised on the project itself, long-term contracts to sell the power, many sites in one deal.
Most energy projects stall between the idea and the money. We close that gap.
The technology is proven. What stops projects is everything around it: who builds it, who pays for it, who buys the power and at what price. That is our work. We don’t build or own plants, so we are only paid when a project goes ahead.
No black-box pricing.
Every proposal is broken down line by line: equipment, building work, financing, how much power it will make and how many years it takes to pay for itself. You see what you pay for.
Only vetted partners.
We check every installer, construction firm and developer: licences, warranty terms and the plants they have actually delivered. If they don’t hold up, they don’t hold a place on Aeternus.
Best fit, not first found.
A contractor quotes the system it builds. We weigh every offer against your site, when and how you use power, what your electricity contract charges and the financing on offer, then tell you which one fits and why.
Which of these is you?
Businesses & industry
Cut electricity costs, fix your energy price for the long term and meet your sustainability reporting, without running a construction project yourself.
Best for facilities using >250,000 kWh/year

Where heavy, steady power use makes the numbers work.
Ten sectors that use enough power, steadily enough, for a plant on your own site to pay for itself.
- Manufacturing Shift work across metals, plastics, textiles and food. Rooftop solar sized to your daytime use; batteries where your electricity contract makes them pay.
- Logistics & cold storage Refrigeration runs around the clock under large flat roofs. Rooftop solar covers the day; batteries carry it into the evening, when power costs most.
- Data centres Heavy use, day and night. A rooftop covers only a small part, so the answer is a bigger grid connection, batteries and long-term contracts to buy power from a plant on your site or elsewhere.
- Retail chains Many similar sites with predictable daytime use. One programme and one agreement across all your rooftops.
- Hotels & institutions Hospitals, universities, hotels. Mostly daytime use that changes with the seasons; solar on rooftops or car parks, with batteries for the air-conditioning peaks.
- Agriculture & agri-processing Greenhouses, irrigation, packing, processing. Mostly daytime use with seasonal peaks; solar on the ground or a rooftop, and biogas where you have farm or food waste to feed it.
- Ceramics & building materials Kilns that never stop and high, steady use. A strong fit for a large ground-mounted plant and a bigger grid connection.
- Chemicals & pharma Processes that never stop and need very stable power. A plant on site covers the steady base, batteries as backup and a long-term power contract for the rest.
- Automotive & components Production across several shifts; press and paint lines with sharp spikes in use. Solar across large halls, batteries to cut what those spikes cost.
- Water treatment & desalination Pumps and filtration run day and night and rise with demand. Ground-mounted solar plus batteries; your electricity contract decides the mix.
From your electricity bill to a working plant, in four steps.
You send your bills. We do everything between them and a plant that runs.
- Tell us about the site Send your electricity bills and tell us what you want to achieve. That is enough to start.
- We analyse and size it We work out how much power the site can make, which technology suits it, and the electricity contract and grants that make it pay best.
- We structure the deal From 50 kWp, pay nothing upfront and buy only the plant’s power, for less than you pay the grid; what the site does not use can be sold. Or buy the plant outright, or lease it. One proposal, every cost shown.
- We deliver it We choose a vetted builder, handle the contracts and oversee the work until the plant is switched on.
On the project’s side of the table.
Your project, from start to finish. At every step, our only interest is that it gets built, gets financed and still performs in twenty years.
First, we measure what is there
The buildings, the car park, the ground where a battery could go. We build nothing and sell no equipment, so the plan follows your site, not a supplier.
The whole plan, before you sign
Where every part goes, what it costs, what it will produce and how you pay for it, all in writing before you commit to anything.
Built and switched on, with one contact
A vetted builder puts up the plant and connects it to your building. From your first bill to switch-on, you deal with us, not a chain of subcontractors.
Then it runs, at a price you can plan around
The plant makes power all day, and a battery can store some for the evening and the night. That part of your energy cost is known years ahead, so market price rises hit a smaller share of your bill.
Solar-led. Built across the energy mix.
The site decides the technology, not a catalogue. Solar where you use power in daylight, batteries to carry it into the evening and the night, hydro and other technologies where the resource is there. Independent, open about every cost, and focused on projects that get built.
Live in Spain and Portugal. Building outward.
Questions, answered plainly.
What people ask us before they send their first bill.
What does Aeternus Power actually do?
We work out what your site can produce and the best way to pay for it, then bring in a vetted builder and the money to build it, and oversee the work until the plant is switched on. Solar leads, with batteries, hydro and other technologies where they fit. We never own the plant.
Do I have to pay anything upfront?
Not if you buy only the power. From 50 kWp, a financing partner pays for and owns the plant, and you pay a price per kWh set in the contract for the power it produces, rising each year by a formula agreed upfront. Power you do not use can be sold to the grid. If you would rather own the plant, you can buy it outright or lease it.
Is there a minimum size?
No. Buying or leasing works at any size, on a roof or on the ground. Buying only the power, with nothing upfront, starts at 50 kWp.
How do you get paid?
We never own the plant and you pay us no fee: we are paid a commission by the builder or financing partner we bring in, and only when your project goes ahead.
Where do you work?
In Spain and Portugal today. Our California office opens on 1 December 2026, Türkiye is launching, and Italy, France and Switzerland are in preparation.
Who builds the plant?
A builder we choose for your project from installers we have checked: licences, warranty terms and the plants they have actually delivered. We handle the contracts and oversee the work until the plant is switched on.
What do you need from me to start?
Your electricity bills and what you want to achieve. That is enough to start.
How quickly will you reply?
Within two working days.
Put a number on your project.
Send us your site, your consumption or your project. We come back within two working days with the next step.
Savings from day one with a power purchase agreement (PPA): your price per kWh starts below what you pay the grid when you sign, and any yearly increase is in the contract. In one of our current projects: about €0.11 per kWh instead of €0.15.
