- We tell you if it is worth it We check your roof from satellite data and set your bill against what a system would produce. If it does not pay, we say so.
- A vetted installer fits it You see the offer in writing first. Then an installer we have checked fits the system, and you keep one contact with us throughout.
What we offer, market by market.

Buy the system
Yours from day one
Pay for the system once and keep all the power it makes. A vetted installer fits it, and before you sign you see the full price, what it should produce and how many years it takes to pay for itself.
- One price, in writing, before you sign
- Every kWh the system makes is yours
- The manufacturers’ and the installation warranties pass to you
- Add a battery to use your solar power in the evening and at night
Lease the system
Nothing upfront
A vetted installer fits the system on your roof and you pay a monthly fee instead of buying it. The fee, the term and what it includes are in the contract before you sign.
- Nothing to pay upfront
- A monthly fee set in the contract, with any yearly increase stated upfront
- What is included, such as maintenance and repairs, written into the contract

A quick honesty check.
If you’re not sure, the assessment is free. We’ll tell you straight if your roof isn’t worth it.
It usually works for homes with:
A sizeable electricity bill
Roughly €100 a month or more in Spain. In California we check it against your utility’s rates.
Decent sun exposure
South-facing pitched or flat roofs perform best.
A roof you own
The system sits on your roof, so you need to own it, or have the owner’s agreement.
Questions from homeowners.
Where do you offer home solar?
In Spain today, to buy or to lease. In California we are arranging a power purchase agreement, and you can register your interest now. Everywhere else we work with businesses.
Can I buy the system?
Yes. In Spain you can buy it outright or lease it. A home system is well under 50 kWp, and at that size buying and leasing are the two ways to pay.
What if I sell the house?
If you bought the system, it goes with the house. With a lease, the contract sets out what happens, and you see it before you sign.
What does the assessment cost?
Nothing. If your home is not a good fit, we tell you, and that is the end of it.
