Aeternus Power was founded in Madrid in 2026 on a simple position: energy should free people and businesses, not trap them in lifetime contracts.
Our observation was simple. The technology works and the savings are real, but the path from an identified opportunity to a financed, built project is needlessly hard. Good projects die on structuring, financing and counterparty risk, not on engineering.
We exist to make that path simple. We are independent, never tied to one contractor, supplier or financier, so we can structure what is right for the project and say plainly when something isn’t.
